GENERAL INFORMATION
COURSES: Classes are run between Mondays & Fridays and can be held in mornings or afternoons. The school is closed on public holidays; lessons will not be made up on these days. Students’ level of proficiency is established through a written assessment test and an informal oral test on the first day of school. All students who attend a minimum of 80% of the course are entitled to a Certificate of Attendance. Each session is of 45 minutes.
INDIVIDUAL TUITION: Classes need not be held in the classroom. Alternative arrangements can be made through our administrative office.
LOSS OF PROPERTY: InTC will not be held responsible for loss or theft of any student’s property from the school or accommodation or any other location. Student’s property is the sole responsibility of the student at all times.
PAYMENT
Reservation Procedure: A €150.00 non-refundable registration fee and if applicable €100.00 accommodation placement fee should be paid upon booking. Balance to be paid on arrival.
One can pay us directly by bank transfer or by cash at the school on the first day of the course. Bank details are provided on the invoice. Payment must include all bank transfer charges (including intermediary bank charges). Please allow 10 days for bank transfer.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Written notification of cancellation must be submitted in order to provide refunds. All refunds are made to the original fee payer.
Course cancellation fees:
For cancellations received in writing more than 14 days before arrival there is no cancellation fee.
If the course is cancelled less than 15 days in advance the full fees for the course will be refund. The fee will depend on the contract we have with each individual accommodation provider.
Accommodation cancellation fees:
For cancellations received in writing more than 14 days before arrival there is no cancellation fee.
If accommodation is cancelled less than 15 days in advance an accommodation cancellation fee may apply. The fee will depend on the contract we have with each individual accommodation provider.
REDUCTION OF LESSONS
InTC reserves the right to reduce the number of lessons in a class due to insufficient number of students. The lessons may be reduced as follows:
TRANSFERS
Flight details including: arrival time, flight numbers, airline and point of origin must be advised 7 days prior to arrival in order for InTC to provide airport transfers. No refunds will be granted on transfers if flight details are not sent to InTC at least 7 days prior to arrival. Airport transfer fees include a maximum of 1 hour waiting time. In the event of delays exceeding 1 hour, students will be charged the additional fee at the school.
PHOTOGRAPHY & FILMING
InTC may take promotional photographs and video footage of students. If students do not wish to participate, InTC will respect their wishes but it is the students’ responsibility to absent themselves from the photograph/video.
